When I was deep into New Age spirituality, I would create mantras and affirmations until I convinced myself through sheer willpower that I was worthy of everything on my vision board. And that those things would make me happy.
I devoured every Dr. Joe Dispenza book, memorized ancient Sanskrit mantras, and imposed forty-day challenges on myself, determined to rewire my brain for good.
It worked, until it didn’t.
The results were fleeting. Deep down, I didn’t have the foundation of worthiness to hold the energy of the life I wanted.
Now I understand why. It’s not just about rewiring your frontal cortex or lobe or whatever it’s called. No real change happens when the words you’re speaking have no weight. When the affirmations you repeat are just words you made up, trying to will them into truth.
And most of the time, you’re trying to stamp these words into your mind to manifest a reality that:
Isn’t meant for you at all
Isn’t meant for you right now
Isn’t meant for you in the way you think it should be
Isn’t even something you truly want—you just think you do because society told you it was cool
Won’t actually make you as happy or fulfilled as you think it will
I’m not saying dream smaller. I’m saying dream with more intention. Actually, you know what, you should dream bigger—but do so by tuning into your real calling. You might be surprised at how much better it is than what you thought you wanted.
What if instead of trying to force random words into your mind, you anchored yourself in truth? In words, lessons, and perspective shifts that come straight from God—the one who actually knows what’s best, what’s meant for you, and what’s possible for you?
I’ll show you exactly how I do it. And I’ll give you the best resource to find your own.
Good thing there’s already a book that tells us who we are, what we’re meant to do, and how to do it in the best way possible.
If you don’t own it already, the number one best-seller year after year is the Bible. And the wisdom it holds is life-changing. It’s not about religion, it’s about relationship with God and understanding the supernatural.
I truly believe the words of the Bible are alive. When we speak them out loud, we are spiritually and supernaturally restructuring our souls. I have experienced more growth, peace, and expansion than I ever did with a thousand self-made affirmations.
The game-changer for me? Anchoring God’s word into my mind.
I literally have a notepad on my phone with different subheadings like:
Worthiness
Abundance
Purpose
Peace
Authority & Overcoming Darkness
Whenever I need a boost, I open it up, read through the scriptures, and instantly feel supported, at peace, and transformed.
Sometimes, God and I even have a little chuckle about the fact that I needed the reminder again. And then I pray about what to do next.
Funny enough, some people will think this is weird. But no one bats an eye at Dr. Joe Dispenza’s alien-like voice trying to put you in a trance while visualizing yourself floating in space. Make it make sense.
Today, I’m sharing my "Worthiness" and "Purpose" sections with you.
Seriously, all you need to do is repeat these words. But if you want the full effect, you have to know who God is and actually trust His word.
I also recommend praying for Him to show you what these words mean and how to live them out in your daily life.
Take a moment. Grab a journal. Really sit with the meaning of each passage.

Now tell me, what came up for you while reading these? Drop a comment and let’s talk about it.
Because here’s the thing...
Building your relationship with God—knowing, trusting, and living His word—is what truly changes everything. I can say that all day, but until you actually commit to it, you won’t see the difference.
So give it a shot. Two weeks. Just two weeks. See what happens.
I have a feeling you’re going to be amazed.

This is awesome, truth is New Age works because it taps into the infrastructure God designed, theres some successful people that have completely altered their identity and reality through programming their subconscious mind and aligning frequency. I believe prayer is a matter of aligning frequency. Our God is bigger than time, and with any blessing, He's already prepared it, and sometimes we just have to accept the transfer via prayer. The problem as you know with new age is the timing and you don't know your timeline and consequences of using the push to click method. Can't have God's shipping protection if your trying to pick up the package yourself. Recently one of these successful acquaintance's got sick while traveling, he made a subliminal audio recording added whatever background frequency and played it at like 5x speed the, whole flight 13hrs "I'm not the type of person to get sick" when he landed he slept, woke up and felt amazing. A couple days later of hearing that I personally got sick, and didn't do this, and due to my mindset at the time I really enjoyed being sick, perspective is the blueprint of our experience. "Everything is for me. I'm glad this made me slow down and sit with myself and be in the moment. More time to spend with God. Time to think about things. I'm thankful for the opportunity to be sick, cuz that means I'm freakin alive. Etc." God's the best way, and the subconscious programming works. I think its a blind spot because its not just an attack via our music and all that we consume, its a tool. Why not make a subliminal audio with Gods word, the subconscious is 90-95% of our mental capacity afterall. Ppreciate you, keep doin what your doin, hope your having a good one sis🫡
